Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes, Ultimate Contractors Corporation is a licensed, insured, and bonded general contractor based in Newark, NJ. We hold NJ Home Improvement Contractor license #13VH12312800, carry $1M in general liability coverage plus workers' comp, and are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm, so you are covered before any work begins.
How long have you been in business?
Our team brings 25+ years of experience in the construction trade, going back to 2002. Ultimate Contractors Corporation is a family-owned company, founded in 2015, that has built and remodeled homes and businesses across the Newark area ever since. That experience is why our work finishes on time and on budget.

Who will I be working with on my project?
You work directly with our owners, Jefferson "Jeff" Torres, Eryk Solano, and Tomas Solano, and our crew. The same licensed family team plans your project, does the work, and walks the finished job with you, so you always know who is on site.
Are you EPA Lead-Safe certified?
Yes. We are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm, and our crews are OSHA-trained. On older New Jersey homes we follow lead-safe practices to keep your family protected while we work.
Do you work with Spanish-speaking customers?
Yes. Our team works with you in English or Spanish, so the plan, the price, and every update stay clear. Se habla espanol.
Services
Do you handle both residential and commercial work?
Yes, we handle both. On the residential side we do full home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, basements, flooring, masonry, concrete, decks, and demolition. On the commercial side we do office and retail build-outs, restaurant build-outs, restroom renovations, tenant improvements, warehouse work, and commercial construction.
Do you take on small jobs, or only large renovations?
We take on both. Whether you need a single bathroom updated or a whole-home renovation, we treat the job with the same care, planning, and clean work site. Call us with what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly how we can help.
Can one team manage my whole project from start to finish?
Yes, our licensed team manages your project end to end. We handle the planning, scheduling, permits, the trades, and the cleanup, so you do not have to juggle multiple contractors. You get one point of contact from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

Which counties and cities do you cover?
Ultimate Contractors Corporation covers Newark and most cities within about 45 to 60 minutes of our Newark home base, across Essex, Union, Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, Monmouth, Hunterdon, Mercer, and Sussex counties. That includes much of Northern and Central New Jersey for both residential and commercial work.
What are your hours, and how fast will you respond?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we are closed Sunday. We follow up on most quote requests the same business day, and calling (908) 344-2984 is the fastest way to reach us.
Process
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on the size and scope of the work, so we give you a realistic schedule with your written estimate. We plan the full scope up front and hold our crew to firm dates, so your project finishes when we say it will.
Do you handle the permits and inspections?
Yes, we take care of the permits and inspections your project needs, from the paperwork to scheduling the inspector. Handling this for you is part of the job, so you do not have to chase down approvals or worry about whether the work is up to code.
Will you keep my home or business clean during the work?
Yes. We put down floor and furniture protection, set up dust barriers, wear shoe covers inside, and clean up at the end of every day, from day one to the final walkthrough, because you still have to live or work there while we build.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. We back our labor with a one-year workmanship warranty, and we pass along the manufacturer warranties on the materials and products we install. Before we finish, we walk the completed work with you to make sure you are happy with it.
