Acceptance of terms

Website content and estimates are informational

All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Service descriptions, project photographs, pricing ranges, timelines, and any estimate we provide do not constitute an offer and do not form a binding contract.

No content on the Site, and no quote or estimate provided by telephone, email, or in person, creates a contract between you and Ultimate Contractors Corporation. A binding obligation arises only upon execution of a written agreement, signed by both you and Ultimate Contractors Corporation, that sets out the scope, price, and terms applicable to your specific project.

Free estimates

Ultimate Contractors Corporation provides free, no-obligation estimates. An estimate represents our good-faith assessment of a project based on the information available at the time it is prepared.

The final scope and price may change following a site inspection, confirmation of measurements, the discovery of conditions that were not previously visible, or any change you request. An estimate remains informational until it is superseded by a signed written agreement. Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to engage Ultimate Contractors Corporation, nor does it obligate Ultimate Contractors Corporation to undertake your project.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, page design, and the selection and arrangement of that content, is owned by Ultimate Contractors Corporation or used under license, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view the Site and print or save individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site for any other purpose without our prior written permission. The Ultimate Contractors Corporation name and logo may not be used without our written consent.

Acceptable use

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes any right available to you that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the protections of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.).

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. As a licensed New Jersey home improvement contractor, Ultimate Contractors Corporation and its agreements with you are subject to New Jersey law, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.), the New Jersey Home Improvement Practices regulations (N.J.A.C. 13:45A-16.1 et seq.), and the New Jersey Contractors' Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-136 et seq.).

Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms of Use shall be resolved in the State of New Jersey.
